About Our Founder & Lead Coach:

Conscious Creator OS was founded by Matt Primeau, a coach, entrepreneur, and advocate for building businesses that align with purpose and authenticity. Matt’s journey started much like the people he works with today—feeling stuck in the grind, chasing success on someone else’s terms, and struggling to find a way to build something meaningful without burning out. His own experience of shifting from hustle-driven achievement to creating with intention and alignment is what inspires the work behind CCOS.

With a background in business, entrepreneurship, and engineering, Matt combines practical skills with a personal approach. Over the years, he’s navigated the challenges of starting businesses, managing self-doubt, and learning how to show up authentically in work and life. These lessons have shaped Conscious Creator OS into a space that’s both practical and reflective—a place where strategies meet the inner work needed to bring those strategies to life.
